The Archer Awards - Have You Nominated Your HR Professionals Yet?

The 7th Annual Archer Awards are August 17th honoring those in human resources who "hit the mark. This is Northeast Ohio's biggest night for HR networking, and celebrating the best and brightest in human resources. Nominate your HR professionals for individual or team Archer awards now!  Here are the categories:

 

• HR Executive of the Year: Nominations for HR Executive of the Year may be submitted on behalf of a senior level HR officer from any company, organization or wholly owned subsidiary based in Northeast Ohio. Eligible titles may include but are not limited to: CHRO, senior vice president or vice president of human resources, director of human resources, etc.

Individuals may be recognized from public, private, non-profit and government organizations

 

• HR Team or Department Award: This award recognizes HR teams or departments for their collaboration and ability to attract, develop and maintain an excellent workforce.
Teams or departments may be recognized from public, private, non-profit and government organizations

 

• Rising Star: Recognizes up-and-coming HR professionals with less than 10 years of experience. Their combination of achievements, industry and community involvement demonstrate the potential required to lead the next generation of human resources professionals.
Individuals may be recognized from public, private, non-profit and government organizations

 

• *NEW* Total Rewards: Honors junior, mid-career and senior HR professionals/generalists -OR- full HR teams for innovation in the creation and implementation of a total rewards package (retirement, compensation and benefits) that effectively takes into account a changing workforce and the economic realities of the employer, while making a notable impact on attraction, retention and engagement efforts.
Individuals, teams or departments may be recognized from public, private, nonprofit and government organizations

 

• Innovation: Honors junior, mid-career and senior HR professionals/generalists -OR- full HR teams for successful implementation or improvement upon critical HR best practices and competencies. Entries in this category should focus on a single program or HR process.
Individuals, teams or departments may be recognized from public, private, nonprofit and government organizations
 
•  Leadership in Diversity: Honors junior, mid-career and senior HR professionals/generalists -OR- full HR teams that demonstrate a commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace through their human resources efforts and initiatives. 
Individual and a department and/or team may be recognized from public, private, non-profit and government organizations
 
•  Excellence in Talent Management: Nominees for talent management will demonstrate an innovative approach to people management and how they define and spot talent.
Individuals, teams or departments may be recognized from public, private, non-profit and government organizations
