Vice President, Managing Director Americas


A leading global chemical manufacturer serving a broad customer base in architectural and industrial composites market seeking a Vice President and Managing Director, Americas.  Reporting to the CEO, and as a member of the senior management team , the successful candidate will lead all business operations and people in the Americas. Craft the business strategy, develop the requisite operating plans and contribute to the overall strategic goals and vision of the company. Additionally,  this person will spearhead opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability.


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of general management experience and responsibility for P&L as well as 15 to 20 years of significant sales and operations leadership. Specific knowledge of, and direct experience in, the paint and coating or composites industry is a must. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or other science/related technical field is required and an MBA is highly desired.



Director, Human Resources


The Cleveland Museum of Art, one of the world’s most distinguished art museums and a leading northeast Ohio cultural institution, seeks to identify candidates for the position of Director of Human Resources/Organizational Development.  This individual will be a member of the leadership team and will report to the Director and President.


The Director of HR/OD will translate the Museum’s strategy and organizational needs into the human resources strategy and solutions, focusing on organizational capabilities, culture, talent acquisition, talent management, employee performance and development, compensation and reward strategies, benefits and wellness, and legal compliance.  Additionally, this position will help to create a diverse and inspiring workplace and drive an inclusive culture. 


The successful candidate will be a hands-on human resources professional who is comfortable in the role of strategic functional leader and business partner.  This position requires a human resources professional with a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible human resources generalist experience with at least eight years in a leadership role.  A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development, psychology, or a related field is required. An MBA or master’s degree in organizational design is highly preferred.
